Step 1: Open your Outlook program
Click on Tools at the top, then "Email Accounts".
Step 2: Choose the first option, to setup a new account. Click the Next button.
Step 3: Choose the second option POP3, and click the Next button.
Step 4:
For "Your Name" space, type in your real name as you would like it to appear when you send an email.
For "E-mail Address", type in your complete email address
For both the Incoming mail server" and the "Outgoing mail server" fields, enter "imt.net"
For the "User Name" space, enter your account username (this is just the name on your email address, without the @imt.net)
And for the "Password" field, enter your email account password.
You will not need to click the "Test account settings" button unless you are already connected to the Internet. Also, "More Settings" do not usually need to be adjusted. Feel free to contact IMT support with any questions.
Step 5. Click Finish. Your email is ready!
