Internet Montana also supports these other email programs: Eudora for Windows95 and 3.X, Netscape mail applications, and Microsoft Outlook
The first thing you need to do is setup the program. Right-click on the Inbox icon on your desktop and select Properties from the pull-down menu.
Make sure that Internet Mail is highlighted, then click on Properties.
Type your username in the box labeled Username(it must be entered
lowercase). Click the Connection tab
You should have Connect using the modem using the Internet Montana connection selected.
Click Apply and then OK. You are now ready to send and receive email!
Click on Tools on the main toolbar. Click Deliver Now to get your mail. Deliver Now sends and receives email at the same time. You will be prompted for your account password.
Click Compose on the main toolbar and select New Message. The message window will appear.
On the line labeled To: type the email address of the person you
would like to send this message.
On the line labeled Subject type a brief description of what the email
concerns.
The CC: line is for sending carbon copies. You can do that by entering
multiple email addresses , separated by commas.
Type the message you would like to send in the window below. Click the Send
button when
you are finished writing. The message will then be queued. The message will be
sent the next time you click on Deliver Now.
The address book can be used to save email addresses and information for people you correspond with often. To add an entry, click Tools, then select Address book from the pull-down menu.
Remember:You must have an internet connection to send or download your email messages.
